What proteins do you offer?

We currently offer Chicken, Turkey, Salmon, and Beef proteins. However, if you are in need of a special protein or specific ingredients for your pup’s health, let us know! We can customize our recipes to whatever they might need.

What is your pricing structure?

We believe in full pricing transparency. Currently, each 1-pound pack costs $8 per pound, 2-pound pack costs $16, 3-pound pack costs $24, 4-pound pack costs $32, and 5-pound pack costs $40.

Where do you source your ingredients?

We source all of our ingredients local to Northeast Georgia. We are proud patrons of our local butcher shoppe, where we source our highest grade meats, fresh fruits and vegetables by the caseload.

My pet has a sensitive stomach. Do you offer special proteins or custom ingredients?

Yes! We are happy to discuss your pet’s particular needs or requirements and produce a custom recipe for them. Please reach out to our team here to get the conversation going!

Do you work with veterinarians?

We are proud to say we are veterinarian-backed and supported by our friends at Clarkesville Veterinary Hospital and PetWise Mobile Vet from Cleveland GA.

How much is shipping?

We ship with USPS Express Mail 2 day delivery. Our packages are sent with frozen product and dry ice to ensure product integrity. Shipping costs vary due to size of order. We will calculate shipping costs before order is complete.

What is your return policy?

We are highly confident that your pet will love their new fresh food. However, if for any reason, you or your pet are unsatisfied, we will make it right. Please reach out to our team here to discuss next steps and we will make sure you walk away happy!
